Mar 8, 2020 · I have a big incognito here: After some time without use my laptop (kind a month), both Ctrl keys stopped work in functions like Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+X, etc.. Ok, this might be a broken connector or malfunction keyboard, but when I try my keyboard on a online tester both Ctrl keys works!

Apr 17, 2020 · Ctr+V still works fine, but I'd really like to be able to use Ctrl+Shift+V to be able to past text without formatting, without having to use the ribbon button. I'm pretty sure this keyboard shortcut used to work, so I'm not sure why it's stopped working. I double-checked the settings and Ctrl+Shift+V is still mapped to PasteFormat.
